For as long as I can remember, I've felt called to walk alongside people in their hardest moments — and looking back, I believe God has been preparing me for this work since childhood. That calling led me to become a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist at the Advanced level, trained in evidence-based grief recovery to support people through the death of a spouse or partner, the end of a relationship, the loss of a parent or sibling, and the profound grief of miscarriage and stillbirth.
Grief doesn't follow a timeline, and it isn't something you simply "get over" — but I've seen firsthand that it is possible to complete your relationship with the pain of a loss and find your way back to a full life. Based in Cordova, Tennessee, I offer Support Groups and One-on-One Support, both in person and online, so you can get help in whatever way feels right for you.
